Exhibit Columbus teamed up with Dezeen to broadcast a series of live conversations for its 2020 symposium called New Middles: What is the Future of the Middle City?
The talks, which took place online due to the coronavirus pandemic, explored the designed future of the American heartland.
Among the panellists in the series were futurists Dan Hill and Radha Mistry; designer-activist De Nichols; architects Chris Cornelius, Joar Nango and Kate Orff; and The Land Institute co-founder Wes Jackson.
The symposium will conclude with a free public exhibition in autumn 2021.
