LIGNE ROSET CONTRACTS - ALUCHAIR
Architect Jacques Ferrier was entrusted with the design and realisation of the French Pavilion at Expo Shanghai 2010. In honour of this very special occasion he designed the Aluchair chair, manufactured by Ligne Roset Contracts and now produced for purchase by hotels, restaurants, bars and spas. An indoor/outdoor chair, it brings together exterior-friendly hard-wearing elements such as aluminium and stainless steel for its feet and injected plastic for its seat/back shell. When used indoors the shell may be dressed with a woollen pad, which clips easily into place.
