Dezeen at Home: designers and brands wanted for new exhibition
Dezeen is looking for ten upcoming designers and brands to present their products at Home, a new design-led homewares and interiors trade show that takes place in London in January.
We’re looking for people with well-designed products for the home that are ready to be sold in shops but which are not yet widely available in the UK.
Home takes place from 15-17 January at Earl’s Court in London and will present over 160 hand-selected brands to a professional, trade-only audience of buyers and retailers from around the UK.
Dezeen at Home will occupy a 12 square metre stand in a central location at the fair, where we’ll present work selected by Dezeen in conjunction with Home. We’ll be looking for products that combine design innovation with commercial savvy. Products need to be realistically priced, to have passed all relevant safety tests and be available to order.
Selected brands will be asked to pay a registration fee of £250 to cover administration, staffing and set-up costs and Dezeen will take a commission on any orders taken at the show, but otherwise there is no charge for being involved in Dezeen at Home.
To apply to exhibit at Dezeen at Home, please send the following to [email protected] with "Dezeen at Home" in the subject line:
- a single A4 PDF describing up to THREE of your products and listing your wholesale and retail prices, as well as details of lead times for orders.
- low-res jpeg photos of the products (max 5mb per email)
The deadline for submissions is Monday 19 December. Successful applicants will be announced in early January. Exhibitors will be responsible for installing their products, supplying display materials, providing necessary insurance and arranging transport to and from the venue.
Trade visitors can register for the show now via the Home website and save the £20 entrance fee. For enquiries about last-minute stand availability, including the subsidised Home Grown section for emerging UK designers, contact Ian Rudge [email protected].
