Diamond Jubilee Souvenir Poster by Sarah Hyndman
The Dezeen office reopens tomorrow following the Queen's Diamond Jubilee holiday. Now you can remember the long weekend forever by downloading a free souvenir poster designed by Hackney graphic designer Sarah Hyndman of With Relish.
The A2 poster can be downloaded here as a high-resolution PDF file, ready to print, and features postcards drawn by members of the public including bunting, boats and umbrellas.
The postcards were submitted to the Random Project 2012, which Hyndman - whose studio is in Stoke Newington, close to the Dezeen office - is curating to accumulate impressions of the celebrations in London this year, including the London 2012 Olympics.
The resulting collection will be shown at Rich Mix in London from 2 to 19 August.
Hyndman has also created a set of alternative posters for the London 2012 Olympics and you can see them in our earlier story.
Here's some more information from the designer:
I've designed a Diamond Jubilee Souvenir Poster that can be downloaded from our website and printed out to commemorate the event. The large, A2 poster features the Jubilee-themed postcards that have been submitted to the Random Project 2012.
The Random Project 2012 showcases a growing collection of postcards which are created by everybody. These celebrate the spirit of London 2012 and enable us to visually document the shared cultural experience as the year unfolds – we are all the artists-in-residence for a historic year. This is a not-for-profit project organised and curated by graphic designer Sarah Hyndman.
The Random Project 2012 Exhibition will take place at Rich Mix in London from 2nd – 19th August, opening as part of First Thursdays.

Designed in Hackney is a Dezeen initiative to showcase world-class architecture and design created in the borough, which is one of the five host boroughs for the London 2012 Olympic Games as well as being home to Dezeen’s offices. We’ll publish buildings, interiors and objects that have been designed in Hackney each day until the games this summer.
