Competition: Dezeen has teamed up with London design label Buster + Punch to offer readers the chance to win one of six LED Buster bulbs in the colour of their choice.
Congratulations to the winners! Jesús Báez from Mexico, Dan Costa from the UK, Kai Merkert from Austria, Christian von Düring from Switzerland, Jan Leipold from Germany and Chris Oliver from the United States.
Resembling the shape of traditional filament lightbulbs, the teardrop-shaped glass of the Buster bulb encases a resin "light pipe" that emits a diffused glow.
"These patented white fins allow ambient light to diffuse through the sides of the bulb and reflect down the centre of the pipe, where it exits as a spot light," said the designers, who claim that the product is the world's first LED designer lightbulb.
"The light pipe has enabled us to create a bulb that can provide subtle lighting in a room, whilst at the same time throw focused light onto tables and surfaces below," they added.
The glass tint is available in three shades including Gold, Crystal and Smoked, each finished with a metallic satin sheen.
The bulb is intended to last up to seven times longer than a standard filament lightbulb, while consuming a fraction of the energy.
Architect and industrial designer Massimo Buster Minale founded Buster + Punch in 2013 after working at London architecture studio Foster + Partners.
He has since designed trophies for the Q music awards and an installation for footwear brand Justin Deakin during London Fashion Week.
The winners of this competition will receive one Buster bulb and can choose from the three colours listed above. For more information, visit the Buster + Punch website.
This competition has now closed. Six winners will be selected at random and notified by email. Winners' names will be published in a future edition of our Dezeen Mail newsletter and at the top of this page. Dezeen competitions are international and entries are accepted from readers in any country.
