Danish toy company Lego caught the attention of readers when its kit aimed at architects went viral on Dezeen's social media channels after it was included in our 2015 Christmas gift guide.
The company followed up with a set that allows architecture lovers to recreate iconic city skylines – the latest push by Lego to prove its famous bricks are not just for kids.
Building miniature versions of famous buildings is a popular pastime of Berliner Arndt Schlaudraff, whose photography series depicting reincarnations of Brutalist and Modernist buildings is one of our most highest ranking Lego stories.
