Competition: Dezeen has teamed up with the Webby Awards to offer three pairs of tickets to an evening with musician Imogen Heap in London next Tuesday.
Congratulations to the winners! Emma Snow, Mark Cohen and Simon Sawyer.
During the event on 12 January 2016, Heap – a British singer-songwriter and composer – will discuss her gesture-control gloves, which allow her to control digital instruments remotely via hand movements. The gloves feature in Dezeen's Webby Award-winning video (above).
The evening will take place at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden, starting at 7pm. It will start with a screening of Dezeen's video and feature a conversation between Heap and Webby Awards CEO David-Michel Davies. This will followed by cocktails and canapés.
Dezeen won the People's Choice award in the best technology video category at the 2015 Webby Awards, beating media giants Guardian, CNN, Vice and Google largely thanks to our "Share the glove" campaign.
The campaign, published on Dezeen and shared widely on social media, featured a series of gif animations of waving gloves.
Described by the New York Times as the "internet's highest honour" – the Webby's are judged and awarded by a 1000-strong panel of industry experts.
This year marks the Awards' 20th year. Applicants can enter via the website up until the deadline on 29 January 2016.
Entrants to this competition have until 9am on Monday 11 January to submit their details – winners will be notified on the same day.
This competition has now closed. Three winners will be selected at random and notified by email, and their names will be published at the top of this page. Entrants must be able to travel to London on 12 January 2016.
