Swedish designer Fredrik Wallner has created more customisable bathroom furniture in block colours for Stockholm brand Swoon (+ slideshow).
The two new series for Autumn Winter 2016, named Studio and Stone, are intended to match washbasins designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune for Italian brand Globo.
The freestanding vanity units feature slim wooden fronts and tall metal legs. Both stone and ceramic countertops are available, as are mirrors in different geometric shapes.
To coincide with the launch of the new products, Swoon has expanded its wide array of available colours with the addition of Saddle brown, Seal grey and Seaweed green.
As with Wallner's previous series for Swoon, Studio and Stone take reference from furniture in other parts of the home. Each piece can be customised online before being delivered directly from the factory in Sweden.
"It's super exciting to design something that will be customised by the customer himself," Wallner told Dezeen when launching his previous series for Swoon. "I have added innovative practical things like secret compartments and hidden drawers."
The new series also include wall-mounted taps, and sinks come with or without holes to accommodate a basin tap.
Swoon was launched in early 2014. "We wanted to do something completely new," said the brand's co-founder and CEO, Lars Tobiasson. "I've worked with bathrooms for a long time and I know that many customers are a little tired of standard solutions."
The brand has since opened an English online shop and ships to Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany and the UK.
