Note Design Studio's latest collection for Swedish brand Fogia is intentionally "not eye-catching" and foregoes any additional details and adornments.
The Figurine collection was unveiled during this year's Stockholm Design Week, which takes place across the Swedish capital until 11 February.
What started out as just a chair, the Figurine collection now includes a wooden table and set of stools each designed to not draw attention to themselves.
"We wanted to create a non-eye-catching series, a family of wooden furniture without unnecessary details," Note Design Studio's Cristiano Pigazzini told Dezeen.
"The name alludes to something that does not take up all that much space aesthetically but is just there. A product to be used every day."
The table is made from oak veneer, with legs in solid wood while the stool is made with a moulded solid oak seat and legs.
Each piece is available in either natural, white, red or black-stained wood.
Note Design Studio previously created a set of modular shelves, a lounge chair and a sofa for the Swedish brand, which was founded in 1981.
The Figurine collection will be on show at the Stockholm Furniture Fair until 11 February, along with new releases from brands including Hay, Wästberg and Bolon.
Note Design Studio was launched in 2008. Its team of designers create a wide range of products, including office dividers for working people on the go and a dining theatre for Europe's largest mall.
