Movie features architects and designers running in HD5K charity run
This captioned movie by Dezeen features footage from the HD5K charity run in London's Hyde Park, which raised £52,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The race was organised by architectural visualisation studio Hayes Davidson. The studio's founder Alan Davidson was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2012 and has since then been raising money for research into the disease.
His charity, Alan Davidson Foundation, matched the amount raised by the participants of the race.
One hundred architects and designers from various studios such as Zaha Hadid Architects, Heatherwick Studio and John Pawson took part in the event including Dezeen's co-founders Marcus Fairs and Rupinder Bhogal. Dezeen was a sponsor of the run.
