Void Watches used Sørensen's Spectrum material range for its new capsule collection and we have five of the watches up for grabs.
The Spectrum range, which Sørensen created in collaboration with Note Design Studio, contains a broad selection of natural-toned leathers. Void picked two shades for the new collection: a deep matt blue named Spectrum Royal, and a creamy mint shade known as Spectrum Agave.
The competition winners will be able to pick either a V01MKII or V02MKII watch, in a colour of their choice. Both watches boast a square, stainless-steel face that comes in various different finishes.
The V01MKII has a more typical digital face, while the V02MKII has a half analogue face, which functions with two sets of hands.
"The V01MKII offers a minimalist approach to a modern watch and is the second iteration to our original V01, which we used to launch our brand. V02 is the analogue version of the V01," explained Void.
"Like any other watch, the dial of the V02 model uses three compass needle hands. But what makes the V02MKII so 'smart' is that the circular plane which regular watches use to tell time is cut in half by compacting the first and the second half of the hours, minutes and seconds into a semicircle."
Swedish-born David Ericsson launched Void in 2008 as a side project while working as an engineer in Hong Kong. The brand's first collection of watches was sold through Dezeen Watch Store.
Five readers will each win a watch of their choice from the brand's capsule collection, which is also available to buy on the Void website.
Competition closes 5 January 2019. Five winners will be selected at random and notified by email, and their names will be published at the top of this page.
