Dezeen Awards 2019 has launched at a party in Stockholm, which was attended by leading architects and designers including Front co-founders Anna Lindgren and Sofia Lagerkvist.
The launch event, which marks Dezeen Awards 2019 opening for entries, took place at Hotel At Six during Stockholm Design Week.
Hotel At Six is a 343-room hotel on Brunkebergstorg Square that opened in 2017. It houses some of Europe's most ambitious art collections.
Guests enjoyed drinks and music from DJ Jonas Kleerup. Vestre was the launch event sponsor for Dezeen Awards 2019.

This year's new categories include residential rebirth project, apartment interior, product design, sustainable design, graphic design and installation design.
Seventy-five industry-leading judges
A star-studded jury of 75 key industry figures will judge the awards categories. The first batch of star judges will be announced soon, so keep checking back on Dezeen. The judges will be looking for projects that are not only beautiful, innovative and functional, but also help to improve the world.
