Home to Portobello Road Gin, The Distillery is a four-storey venue on Portobello Road in London that houses a working distillery, two bars and a private dining-room, a gin museum, gin-making experience, and three gin-inspired guest rooms.
One reader will win a two-night stay at the hotel and a meal for two at The Distillery's tapas bar GinTonica.
They will also receive two passes to the Ginstitute gin-making workshop where they'll craft their own recipe to take home in a full-size bottle.
"The Ginstitute provides a unique and unrivalled opportunity to better understand the true spirit of London," said The Distillery. "'Ginterns' go on a 1,000-year journey through the history of gin, before discovering the art of blending alongside the 400-litre copper alembic still, named King Henry."
After learning how to smell and taste the botanical ingredients, the winner will mix and bottle their own unique recipe before retiring to GinTonica for dinner.
The restaurant's Spanish-themed menu is designed to be served alongside a gin and tonic, with "innovative garnishes, tinctures and bitters that flavour the drink".
Dishes include mussels, shallots and parsley cooked in sherry, grilled lamb with flatbread and garbanzo puree, and hispi cabbage with a hazelnut romesco and smoked oil.
After dinner, the winner and their guest will be able to stay in one of the three guest rooms on the top floor.
All rooms have views of London's historic Portobello Road, and have been individually styled with an array of mid-century and vintage pieces.
Competition closes 10 April 2019. One winner will be selected at random and notified by email, and his or her names will be published at the top of this page.
