New York showroom DDC is exhibiting three furniture collections at VDF's products fair, including Zanotta's updated model of Carlo Mollino's skeletal Reale table.
DDC is also spotlighting the playful Telar seating by Paola Lenti, alongside RODA's outdoor Piper 103 sofa.
All three ranges are now live at the VDF products fair, which has been developed as an affordable way for designers and brands to showcase new products.
Reale was designed by Italian architect, designer and photographer Mollino for Zanotta in 1946, and is best known for its skeletal body.
The version that DDC is presenting at the fair is Zanotta's updated model from its 2020 Mollino Collection, which is larger in size than the original and features legs with a deeper incline.
Paola Lenti's playful Telar seating collection features a matching chaise, ottoman and dining chair that are designed for outdoor use and distinguished by bodies of colourful, woven elastic belts.
The collection was chosen by DDC for embodying the "joyful sophistication" of the Italian brand.
RODA's Piper 103 sofa is also made for outdoor use and distinguished by woven belts of coloured fabric but offers a more muted colour palette.
It is celebrated by DDC as versatile "modular element" that can be teamed with a mix of other seating from RODA's vast Piper range.
Other brands on show at the VDF products fair include Danish brands Fritz Hansen, British lighting brand Astro and Austrian bike brand Vello.
More recently, Herman Miller presented five seating collections for the workplace including the updated version of its iconic Aeron chair by Bill Stumpf and Don Chadwick.
