Democratic Design talk: IKEA and Ilse Crawford – learn about humanistic design and the new home fragrance range

Designer and founder of Studiolise Ilse Crawford has collaborated with IKEA to produce a new home fragrance range inspired by Scandinavian design heritage.
Crawford will be joined by IKEA of Sweden range and design leader Karin Gustavsson to discuss the range while exploring how items in the home can bring "joy, emotion and wellbeing to our space".

This talk brings together designers from Mexico, Colombia and Chile to talk about Latin American design and how to create an atmospheric party in the smallest of spaces.
The talk will also explore socialising with music and food, and the traditions that make the Latin American festivities unique. Speakers include IKEA collaborating designers Trini Guzman, Diana Ordonez, Abel Carcamo, Liliana Ovalle, and Friso Wiersma and Maria O'Brian from IKEA of Sweden.

This talk will discuss "how a better home can lead to a better life and how better habits can have a huge impact for a better planet".
The talk focuses on how IKEA has researched the global importance of the home for human wellbeing.
The Swedish brand's findings have gone into the annual Life at Home Report, which will be discussed alongside how to create spaces for wellness. Speakers include Adam Wihlborg, senior global product designer at IKEA of Sweden, and designers Katie McCrory and Ilse Crawford.

14:30pm Milan time
IKEA will present its live recording of the Oracle podcast, with designer Ilse Crawford and Swedish author Micael Dahlén.
