Dezeen Showroom: furniture company Allermuir has unveiled its Bastille seating line, which was designed by Paris-based designer Patrick Norguet.

The Bastille line is comprised of a dining, lounge and bar chair that boasts a minimalist and luxury look.

Each of the chairs features an A-frame structure that is topped by a wrap-around shell that tapers toward the armrests for optimal comfort.

Piping covers the perimeter of each of the chairs and was hand finished with fluted stitching that speaks to the luxury yet pared-back aesthetic.

The Bastille collection was designed to be used within hospitality and corporate settings as its simplistic style can be incorporated within any interior.

It is available in a number of different fabric and upholstery options and its A-frame legs can be customised to feature finishes such as soft gold, soft silver, deep mulberry and new black.
