Gatsby wall covering by Jeffrey Ibañez for Impact Acoustic
Dezeen Showroom: created by designer Jeffrey Ibañez for Swiss brand Impact Acoustic, the Gatsby wall covering features a pattern of fine lines that recalls the art deco era.
The Gatsby wall covering is an acoustic product decorated with a minimal and delicate-looking geometric pattern.
Impact Acoustics describes the design as brave and bold, with the potential to make a statement wall. It can be used on its own or in combination with Impact Acoustic's other products.
The Gatsby wall covering is made of Impact Acoustic's high-performance Archisonic textile, which comes from recycled plastic bottles, containing around 88 PET bottle per square metre.
Both Cradle to Cradle certified and LEED accredited, the fabric comes in a range of 28 colours, developed in partnership with creative agency Colour Hive.
The options range from neutrals to deep hues and energetic brights, and there is also a choice of two thicknesses: 24 or 12 millimetres.
