Dezeen Showroom: furniture brand King has created a round-edged dining table that is defined by a collection of moveable, curving pillar bases.
The Issho dining table can be characterised by a series of curved pillar bases that can be moved to form an open or closed appearance.
It is wrapped in premium timber veneer and features rounded edges that speak to the simplistic and contemporary look of the design.
As a result of its curving and twisting base, the pillar bases can be easily transformed to suit a range of interior settings including an open configuration or a closed pedestal.
Issho is available with a rounded or rectangular top and can with the option of a built-in lazy Susan.
The table can be finished in a number of woods and ceramics, including American walnut, Nero Marquina marble and also Congo and smoked oak.
