BOB Solo by Thomas Bernstrand and Stefan Borselius for Blå Station
Dezeen Showroom: designers Stefan Borselius and Thomas Bernstrand have created a plush chair cubicle for Swedish furniture brand Blå Station.
Named BOB Solo, the chair-cum-cubicle forms part of Blå Station's BOB line and features two padded screens that flank the sides of a seat.
The chair is described by Borselius as a "room in the room" and a "nook for privacy," providing users with space to privately and individually work.
It is fitted with an oak tabletop that can be used for laptop working, documents and books, it also includes small shelves, coat hooks and a foldable steel table.
Wheels are located at the feet of the cubicle, which means the workspace can be moved easily within its setting.
A power bank is also located within the cubicle providing power to electronic devices and the BOB Light Mini that is attached to the cubicle.
