Promotion: interior designer Theresa Ory has transformed a Victorian house in Atlanta, US, using products from US brand Baldwin Hardware.
Constructed in 1896, the Atlanta-based house was once home to early civil rights activist Luther Judson Price and faced neglect and near collapse, according to Baldwin Hardware.
During the refurbishment of the kitchen, Ory chose Baldwin Hardware's Traditional Cup Pull and Hollywood Hills Pull, "providing a perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics to the heart of the home".
The Traditional Cup Pulls come in brass and have a matte finish. The product is available in both warm and dark tones, including Satin Black and Venetian Bronze, which aim to bring "simplicity and vintage charm together".
The pulls also include a Lifetime Finish and come with a limited lifetime finish warranty.
All of the room's interior doors were equipped with Hollywood Hills Knobs, designed to ensure durability and style throughout the interior spaces.
The handles have an age-worn appearance and are made from oil-rubbed bronze. The product comes in a range of colours, including Polished Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze and Satin Brass.
The front door was equipped with a custom design by Baldwin Hardware, "making a grand statement and welcoming visitors with style".
"It has been an incredible privilege to be part of this project and to witness the transformation of this historic house," said Ory. "Baldwin Hardware's products were the perfect choice to blend functionality, aesthetics and historical significance, bringing the house back to life in a way that respects its past and welcomes its future."
The project began in 2022 and was led by the Hehn family, who aimed to restore the project as part of a mission to preserve an important piece of American history.
"In the kitchen, the careful selection of hardware by design Theresa bridges the gap between the contemporary and the historical," said brand manager Samantha Deacon at Baldwin Hardware. "The Hollywood Hills Cabinet pull paired with classic Cup Pulls serves as a seamless connection between past and present, adding a touch of elegance to the home's design."
"This thoughtful choice by Theresa is the perfect pairing and has undeniably contributed to the overall beauty of this renovation project."
US brand Baldwin Hardware was launched in 1946 and produces locks, touchscreen entrances and levers, among other door and hardware accessories.
