Dezeen Showroom: British textile brand Camira has launched a range of fabrics in collaboration with textile artist Kate Lawrie, combining material innovation with intricate patterns.
The Patternmaker collection features a colour palette of cool-toned blues and warm honey-browns with patterns informed by geological structures, geometry, architecture and weaving techniques.
Patternmaker is available for hospitality, commercial and residential projects and uses Camira's designs, including Crosshatch, Dot Dash, Hula and Speckle.
To produce the fabrics, the brand used its own innovative digital print technology, resulting in a hand-painted look.
The collection can be applied to a wide spectrum of surfaces and products, including wallpapers and soft furnishing upholstery.
