Residence flooring by Ted Todd
Dezeen Showroom: British company Ted Todd has released a collection of engineered flooring made from FSC-certified European oak.
The Residence collection features a choice of three designs – plank, herringbone or chevron – in ten different natural colours.
A combination of the different designs and colours can be laid together to create a dynamic effect.
The collection is Ted Todd's most advanced to date and is made from only prime-grade oak, the highest grade of wooden flooring, meaning it has a uniform appearance with consistent colour and a straight grain.
Ted Todd uses its Absolute Matt lacquer to finish the flooring, giving it a natural, matt look and a lightly brushed texture as well as enhanced durability.
Seamless bevel-free edges also help to create a look close to traditionally installed wood floors, while a four-millimetre wear layer ensures a long lifespan.
