Supported by a solid beech wood frame, the Dag daybed, designed by Lundmark and Winsth for Swedish furniture maker Gärsnäs, features a row of cylindrical cushions to form the seat.
The daybed is one of five designs shared in the latest edition of the quarterly newsletter, in which the Dezeen Showroom editor rounds up their top picks of design, furniture and fittings from the last season.
Other designs featured in the newsletter included the Grotta tile collection by Greg Natale for Kaolin, a circular heated towel rail by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba for Tubes and a range of designer paint by Scandinavian brand Blēo.
