We have launched a survey that is open to anyone working in architecture or design, or who has worked in the field in the last five years.
The survey includes questions about job fulfilment, workload, pay and workplace culture.
It also provides a space for you to tell Dezeen about specific experiences you have had working in architecture and design, whether positive or negative.
You don't necessarily need to be an architect or designer to take part, you just need to have been employed by an organisation working in the industry.
The purpose of the survey is to gather information about the wellbeing and job satisfaction of the global design and architecture workforce.
We plan to use the responses to inform a story on Dezeen that will serve as useful research for the whole profession. If you haven't worked in architecture or design in the last five years, please don't fill in the survey.
All answers will be kept strictly anonymous unless respondents expressly give their consent to be identified.
