Promotion:Â Dubai-based tower offices ICD Brookfield Place has opened a dedicated level on its 50th floor featuring 11 private offices and a communal lounge designed by Los Angeles-based studio Marmol Radziner and Associates.
The Sky Suites are the latest addition to the Foster-designed four-acre tower located in Dubai's financial district. The new private flexible workplace at ICD Brookfield Place joins a plaza that includes gyms, restaurants, coffee shops and an outpost of The Arts Club.
Each suite spans 900 to 1,200 square feet (84 to 111 square metres) and includes six to nine workstations, a meeting room, an internal office and a pantry, with access to a drawing room that offers 360-degree views of Dubai.
Furnished with furniture to reflect the luxurious feel of the building, the spaces also feature Middle Eastern art, representing regional talent.
Designed to operate as a contemporary workspace, the Sky Suites allows workers to use additional hospitality facilities in the building, including two upcoming restaurants on the 51st floor and the conference facilities on level 52.
ICD Brookfield Place developed the Sky Suites to meet demand from the growing workforce in Dubai's financial district.
The property has also committed to reaching net-zero by 2030 by signing the World Green Building Council's commitment, while the building is already LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum and WELL Health and Safety certified.
