How do I enter?

To enter Dezeen Awards 2018 you need to create an account. You can then enter as many categories as you like by completing the entry form and adding new categories.

What are the Dezeen Awards categories?

There are 30 categories that you can enter: 10 each for the sectors of architecture, interiors and design. Visit the categories page for full details.

When should my project have been completed to be eligible?

Your project needs to have been completed between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2018 to be eligible for Dezeen Awards. We don't accept uncompleted or speculative projects. See the terms and conditions page for more information.

Can I edit my entry?

Yes. You may return and edit your entry as many times as you like up until you make payment. However, once you've made payment, you cannot change your entry.

Can I add in video content to support my submission?

Yes. You can include links to relevant videos in the long project description section on the entry form.

Does the character count in the submission form include spaces and punctuation?

Yes, the character count includes spaces and punctuation. The maximum character count for the short project description is 300 and 3000 for the long project description and the "Why should you win a Dezeen Award?" field.

What is meant by judging period?

The judging period is the designated time frame that all projects and products entered need to have been completed within, which is 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2018.

I don't have PayPal. How can I pay with my credit or debit card?

To pay with your credit or debit card, please click on the PayPal icon on the payment page. PayPal should give you the option to check out as a guest.
