Kumo, which is Japanese for cloud, is a modular sofa system by Norwegian designers Anderssen & Voll.

The Kumo Sofa consists of individual seating modules that slot together and which can be shipped on a 120 centimetre by 80 centimetre palette. It is available in three texture-rich woollen fabrics – mare, graphite and porcelain – as well as an ultra-soft tan leather.

It can be configured from a single chair up to a four-seat sofa and beyond, as well as in a row or corner configuration. Kumo offers flexibility with an innovative frame and cushion construction allowing components to easily be added, removed or rearranged as the user's living circumstances change.
