Pernilla Ohrstedt
London-based Pernilla Ohrstedt is founder of Pernilla Ohrstedt Studio.
Pernilla Ohrstedt Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio run by Swedish-born Pernilla Ohrstedt. The studio’s portfolio includes a range of projects from interiors, products and exhibitions and has worked with a wide range of clients including Topshop, The Royal Academy of Arts, and New York's Storefront for Art and Architecture gallery.
The architect collaborated with Asif Khan to design the Coca-Cola Beatbox, an interactive pavilion in the Olympic Park which was visited by 400,000 people during the London 2012 Olympics. Her recent works include a collaboration with American designer Jonathan Olivares exploring contemporary office spaces for the Vitra exhibition at Orgatec and the V&A exhibition Videogames: Design/Play/Disrupt.
Ohrstedt was shortlisted by the Architects’ Journal for the Emerging Woman Architect of the Year 2012 award and was listed as a new entry in the Evening Standard’s 1000 Power List in 2013.
