Dezeen relocates to Shoreditch for a month during London Design Festival, London Fashion Week and Frieze Art Fair.
From 17 September to 16 October, Dezeen Space at 54 Rivington Street - in the heart of Shoreditch Design Triangle - will be a multi-functional, experimental space, hosting a pop-up gallery, store, video studio and micro-event space.
See all our stories about Dezeen Space here.
Dezeen Book of Ideas
Our first book, Dezeen Book of Ideas, will be launched and sold in the space. For more details, including a preview of the book, click here.
Dezeen Platform
30 days, 30 upcoming designers - Dezeen Platform is a one metre by one metre exhibition space that will be given over to a different designer each day. Dezeen Watch Store pop-up
Following our hugely successful inaugural watch store pop-up at The Tramshed last September, Dezeen Watch Store returns to Rivington Street with dozens of new models, all displayed in our now-famous dog cage display system.
Les Cages aux Folles by Plumen
Dezeen Space will feature a unique installation of low-energy bulbs by Plumen, winners of the 2011 Brit Insurance Design of the Year award.
Moments in Time by Dominic Wilcox
Dezeen Watch Store has commissioned designer Dominic Wilcox to create a series of time-based sculptures. Dominic will customise a collection of vintage watches by attaching miniature figures to the rotating hands to tell a story. The series will be sold exclusively at Dezeen Space.
Change the Record by Paul Cocksedge
Exclusively available at Dezeen Space for the duration of the London Design Festival, Paul Cocksedge's new product, Change the Record, is an analogue amplifier for smartphones made out of old vinyl records - check them out here.
Dezeen Screen
Our video website, www.dezeenscreen.com, will base itself at Dezeen Space, where we’ll set up a video studio to interview interesting people who drop in during the month.
The Dezeen editorial team will also be based at the space during the key London Design Festival and Frieze Art Fair periods, providing up-to-the-minute coverage of what’s happening in Shoreditch and beyond.
