Shortlisted for workplace design of the year at Dezeen Awards 2019, Soft Work is an office seating system by Barber & Osgerby for Vitra that changes the landscape of the workplace.

The designers have developed a system where the workstation is focused around a seating landscape, rather than an environment centred around desks. This development combines expertise from home, office and public sectors and offers a versatile platform for both individuals and teams.
