British architect Norman Foster is the founder and executive chairman of Foster + Partners.

Founded by the architect in 1967, Foster + Partners describes itself as a global studio for architecture, urbanism and design, rooted in sustainability. The firm's flagship projects include the Gherkin, the HSBC Building in Hong Kong and the Queen Elizabeth II Great Court at the British Museum.

Recent projects include the restoration of Apple’s Fifth Avenue store, Principal Tower in London and the Comcast Technology Center skyscraper – Philadelphia's tallest building.

President of the Norman Foster Foundation, Foster promotes interdisciplinary thinking and research, aiming to help new generations of architects, designers and urbanists anticipate the future.

Foster recently featured on Dezeen’s high-tech architecture series, exploring his influential contributions to the 20th century movement.
