Spanish architect and curator Eva Franch i Gilabert founded her own architecture practice, Office of Architectural Affairs, in 2004.

She was also the chief curator and executive director of Storefront for Art and Architecture in New York before she was appointed as the first female director of the Architectural Association in 2018.

In 2014, Franch was selected to represent the United States at the Venice Architecture Biennale with her project Office US, an experimental architecture think tank. She has also lectured internationally, including at The Cooper Union School of Architecture, Columbia University and the University of Venice.
