With only eight days left to enter Dezeen Awards 2020, we asked BBC Radio London presenter Rhael Cape, also known as LionHeart, what he'll be looking for when assessing architecture entries.

"I'll be specifically looking for a clear balance of courage and audacity," said Cape.

"I find when it comes to solving a problem with design, it requires a courageous attempt at the status quo, in order to bring forth something that not only exists but challenges a culture of thought," he added.

LionHeart will be judging architecture entries alongside Norman Foster, Farshid Moussavi, Daniel Libeskind and Eva Franch i Gilabert.

LionHeart is a poet, spoken word performer and BBC Radio London presenter. His poetry explores architecture's connection to memory and mental health.

His debut poetry collection, titled The Mute's Rebellion, excavates memories of upbringing, social anxiety, masculinity, selective mutism and emotional vulnerability.

LionHeart was guest editor for the Wellcome Collection's Living With Buildings exhibition and is also a TEDx speaker and covered Dezeen Day, Dezeen's inaugural conference, for BBC Radio London.
