Ev+A Lab Atelier has converted a former warehouse barn into a residential space.

The studio recognised the contributions to the building of past generations and sought to preserve as much as possible of both the materials and form.

Local artisans were commissioned to create bespoke furniture and features, including the kitchen block and fireplace, which are made of painted iron.

This project has been longlisted in the house interior project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
