Morph is a social space designed to hold various cultural, artistic and musical events in Shenzhen, China.

Morph means transformation and evolution in Chinese. The studio were tasked with building a vigorous and brand new social space to bring new vitality to the city.

Taking account the context of Shenzhen, the designers wanted to utilise traditional and local materials to contrast the modern interior structural forms, and fuse gradually-forgotten Chinese old elements with international modern designs and aesthetics in an innovative manner.

This project has been longlisted in the bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
