CBRE Spain has created a workspace for co-working company Loom in Madrid, Spain.

The studio has designed a space for modern working life that complements the existing architecture, while embracing market needs to establish a dialogue between its new use as a flexible space for working and connecting with others, and the architectural merits of the original structure.

The new project references the industrial aesthetic of the original building and brings it into alignment with Loom's core mission: to create a space where talent can unfurl.

This project has been longlisted in the large workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
