Porto Architects has created the first physical retail store for online wine specialist The Portugal Vineyards.

The studio has designed the store as a white canvas for the Portuguese wine to take centre-stage in its display. The interior is a blinding-white minimal space with a circular circulation.

The shelves are carved out of the walls, in reference to the wine terraces on a 360-degree immersive retail experience with no counter.

This project has been longlisted in the small retail interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
