Offhand Practice was tasked with transforming a 60 square-metre space into a vintage retail gallery in Shanghai.

The space shares a similar physicality of a cave, which caused the studio to explore the idea that caves are not an imposed concept, but manifested by the nature of the site itself.

This project has been longlisted in the small interior category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
