Roald has been designed to address the paperless meetings that take place today and is based on Roald Dahl's writing chair.
The workspace matches the flexibility that's needed at a time where office spaces are getting smaller and more expensive, and should be used as efficiently as possible.
The board can be used both as an armrest and as a worktop.
Roald asks questions about which product typologies we need and is a hybrid, but formal and functional answer to a very specific question for a flexible space in Capital C Amsterdam.
This project has been longlisted in the workplace design project category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
