Linshaobin Design has designed packaging for a range of teas with charred edges to represent the charcoal-baked process of the tea blend.

The tea is made by artificial charcoal baked, and it has three concentrations from light to strong by different baked time. The design is expected to differentiate the concentrations and present the concept of the high mountains and the charcoal baked process.

At last chosen three colours paper. Through the process of imitation, painting, folding, laser engraving, bronzing and others, are combined into a creative Chinese landscape painting, and well-presented charcoal baking process of tea.

This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2020.
