Naeem Biviji and Bethan Rayner are co-founders of Studio Propolis, a workshop-based design studio born in Nairobi, Kenya.
Studio Propolis has produced a diverse body of work also ranging in scale, including tableware, furniture and buildings. All projects focus on meticulously crafted details often prototyped and made in their own workshop.
Biviji and Rayner strive to create distinctive objects and spaces born out of the unique conditions each project presents.
Founded in 2005, Studio Propolis is now also based in Warrington, UK.
