Gupta is a designer, thinker and conceptualiser with 20 years of experience. Having traversed into promoting design and architecture by establishing the first Indian design gallery, vis a vis, in 1997, he further launched STIR in 2014 as a reinvention of the brand.

Madhavji consults and advises on content, design and brand strategy for STIR. Having worked in the publishing industry for almost three decades, she has been the founding editor of Elle Decor India and helmed it for over 18 years.
