The Rye Apartments is a development of 10 sustainable apartments on a prominent corner site opposite Peckham Rye Park.

A mix of 1,2, and 3-bedroom units are set in two blocks that respond independently to the changing scale across the site and which form the termination of an urban block. At the heart of the scheme is an exposed CLT frame and delicate spruce joinery elements to create spaces which are full of craft and delight. The apartments have a strong focus sustainability and place the quality of life of the end user at the heart of the design.

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
