Circus Street offers sustainable city-centre living, a productive and healthy new neighbourhood which builds on Brighton’s existing character whilst providing a focus for future innovation and creativity.

The brief called for delivery of residential units as part of a wider masterplan, and the units have exceeded expectations in creating modern, quality homes whilst also creating the feeling of a local neighbourhood embedded in the Brighton grain. The apartment typology is appropriate to the city, inspired by the scale and grain of Brighton’s residential streets: its grand Regency townhouses and mansion blocks and the smaller terraced streets that line the hillsides.

This project has been longlisted in the housing project category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
