Paragon 700 Boutique Hotel & Spa is a former 17th century Palazzo Rosso paying tribute to exceptional art and interiors from all over the world.

The hotel’s restaurant and bar are the ideal destinations for travellers in search of an authentic Apulian experience combined with contemporary style. Transforming the former palace took determination, patience and creativity. Ensuring the restaurant and bar were impeccably designed was an indisputable necessity in the hotel’s creation. Restaurant 700 features high ceilings, natural light and an effortless layout, whilst Bar 700 offers an indulgent space, including an eight-meter-long stone counter clad in antique Argentinian tin-plates.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
