The industrial style expected by the residents is complemented by modern systematic kitchen utensils, sophisticated furniture, and simple decorations.

In order to avoid the oppression of the low beam, the designer adopted galvanised steel plate to create a higher and wider view in the living room. In other public areas, the open method is used to allow the client to have business meetings with colleagues in professional but also relaxing spaces. Even in the downtown, the designer left a lot of space for plant domestication, looking forward to creating a space away from the hustle and bustle of city life
