The triangle becomes like a tent, as if people can chat inside. Because there is a certain distance from the outside world, there is a sense of security. Because the space is private, it is easier to relax and narrow the distance between people.

Blue Mountain Cafe & Bar is a project located in Hangzhou, China.

The cafe uses materials close to the environment as a whole, with desert-coloured walls and wood veneers, matched with the panDOMO floor. These elements create a comfortable and simple space. The cafe design shows the minimalist aesthetic concept and wholesome design principles of SG Design.

This project has been longlisted in the restaurant and bar interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
