The site is located in the Zhongxing Cultural and Creative Industry Park, once home to a paper manufacturing company in Taiwan.

When it was operational, these warehouses were workshops for metal and woodwork of the factory, thus the structures were specifically designed for the workshop, which has distinctive features such as the unique steel structures and the overhead crane rail that can still be seen to this day.

The purpose of this renewal project is to redesign the place into a historical exhibition, thus the challenge of this project is how to display the historical element of the architecture.

This project has been longlisted in the civic and cultural interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
