This new studio space provides a new identity for a tired and unloved building typology – The suburban Business Park.

By repurposing and retro-fitting an underutilised and unloved industrial unit, next to a train station with direct links into central London, wr-ap studio highlights the opportunities available in the suburbs for new ways of working, post pandemic. The bespoke studio showcases what is possible if you are willing to look outside the normal destinations for architectural practices in London.

The studio also houses a co-working space for design led businesses in order to foster collaborations between like minded businesses allowing entrepreneurial endeavours to flourish.

This project has been longlisted in the small workspace interior category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
