Immortal has designed a dementia-friendly wayfinding system in Singapore.
Community welfare lies at the heart of this dementia-friendly environmental wayfinding system for the residential estates of Khatib Central and Chong Pang City in Singapore, where a relatively significant proportion of the elderly reside.
The wayfinding solution was designed with the needs of senior citizens and dementia patients in mind, helping them navigate the neighbourhood with the strategic positioning of easily-identifiable graphics and visual cues, as well as an accessible signage system.
This project has been longlisted in the graphic design category of Dezeen Awards 2021.
